Whether you are an Architect, Interior Designer or private individual we are happy to offer a full planning and design service for the supply and installation of a Focus fire. Diligence can provide detailed quotations from plans and drawings for both the fire and the associated stainless steel components.

All 60 models in the range have undergone and passed rigorous testing by industrial experts and all have full CE approval for use in the UK. Many of the fires have a thermal efficiency over 65% making them ideal for use in a modern eco friendly society. All fires also come with a Focus10-year guarantee. 

Diligence can provide full installation details and if necessary arrange a site visit to ensure your chosen fire will fit perfectly into your project.  We advise on all aspects ensuring your installation complies with current Building Regulations. Our team will be on hand to discuss your requirements and answer all your technical questions relating to the fire.

When your order has been placed delivery will take approximately 12 - 14 weeks and we will continuously update you on production progress and provide you with all the information you or your builders require. Once the fire is ready at the factory we will liase with you to ensure that it arrives on site at a mutually convenient time.

We are registered with the Hetas Competent Persons Scheme, which ensures that all work complies with Building Regulations, and that the appliances are safe and fit for purpose. To keep costs to a minimum our Engineer can work with your own builders to install the fire and stainless steel components. He can also provide you with a Certificate of Compliance, which is required by your local authority.  Alternatively we can provide you with an estimate to install the fire ourselves should you not have any on site labour available.
