All models supplied have undergone and passed rigorous testing by industrial experts and all will have full CE approval for use in the UK. Many of the fires supplied have a thermal efficiencies over 65% making them ideal for use in a modern eco friendly society. Diligence can provide full installation details and if necessary arrange site visits to ensure the fire you choose will fit perfectly into your project. Providing advice on all aspects to ensure your installation complies with Building and Hetas Regulations. The expert technical team are available to discuss your requirements and answer all your technical questions relating to your chosen fire. They can liaise directly with the contractor or architect providing all the relevant information  required. When an order has been placed you will receive updates you on production progress and all the information you or your builders may require. Once the fire is ready at the factory you will be contacted to discuss collection and delivery arrangements to ensure that the fire arrives on site as required. Diligence can also store your fire should your build get delayed. Diligence is registered with the Hetas Competent Persons Scheme, which ensures that all work carried out complies with all current Regulations, and that the appliances are safe and fit for purpose.

We have our own complaints procedure and aim to follow up and where possible resolve, or make a date to resolve a complaint, within 7 days. Should we be unable to satisfactorily  resolve a complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which?
